Refund and Returns Policy

At Gem Radiantt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund and return policy:
1. Return Period
We accept returns for items within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be in their original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Final sale items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is in stock, we will arrange the exchange at no additional charge.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
