1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items that are personalized, custom-made, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team at info@gemradiantt.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a secure box to ensure it is not damaged during return shipping.

  3. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect the return shipment.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will only be refunded for the price of the item(s) purchased, excluding shipping costs.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping charges incurred by GemRadiant will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

At this time, GemRadiant does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@gemradiantt.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please include photos of the damaged or defective item in your email to help us process your request efficiently.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items that were made according to your specifications.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
